is it for you?
Is Mikoyi for you?
Four quick questions, no email, nothing saved — and it's just as willing to tell you Mikoyi isn't for you.
Question 1 of 4
the honest version
Mikoyi isn't for everyone — and we'd rather tell you that than sell you something you won't open twice. If you can leave work at work, you don't need this. If you've stopped caring, you don't either. It's for the part of you that still cares — and can't shut it off.
It's built for you if…
- The workday ends but your head doesn't — you replay meetings, reread messages, dread tomorrow.
- You care about the work too much to just leave it at the door.
- You've tried the rules — “no email after six,” “leave it at work” — and they never hold.
- What follows you home is specific: a meeting, a message, a particular person.
- You work from home, so there's no commute or building to mark the end of the day.
It's probably not, if…
- You can genuinely leave work at work, or you've already stopped caring.
- You've got a wind-down that reliably works — a journal, a walk, a ritual that lands you in “off.”
- You want a general mood, gratitude, or life journal. Mikoyi is only about work.
- You'd rather write longhand in a notebook. (That's a good ritual. Do that.)
- You're looking for a therapist or a career coach. Mikoyi is neither, and won't pretend to be.
